Returns, exchanges and refunds
We can only issue a refund for products that have not been personalised (products with a name or image added as commissioned by you). Exchanges are provided on the basis of shared shipping charges.
- Return the product to Eight Arms.
- State the order number and the product, colour, size you want to receive.
- You can also take your parcel or envelope to a post office for despatch.
- We will get in touch after we have received your returned item(s).
- We will bear the cost of sending a replacement item.

Are you not happy with your order? We’re sorry to hear it. You are allowed to return all products that have not been personalised (products that we have engraved with a name or image on your behalf). Please get in touch with Customer Services within 14 days to return your article. Please enclose a print-out of the order confirmation with your return shipment, stating your bank account number so we can refund the cost of your order.
Please state the reason for your return. This is optional but is very useful to us as we are continually improving the quality of our products and services. We will issue a reimbursement as soon as possible but at any rate within 14 days from the date of reporting the issue (including the costs of our shipment to you), with the proviso that we have received the returned item or that you can prove to us that you have returned it. We are unable to offer an exchange if:
- The product has been personalised
(items inscribed with a name or image on your behalf)
- The product has been used and/or laundered
- The instructions for use have not been followed
- You have attempted to repair a fault yourself

Please let us have the order number with a description of your complaint. If there is a visible defect, please submit a photograph of the item in question.
