Our delivery process

Order delivery times

We will process your order as soon as we have received payment. We will acknowledge your payment via email and will send you another email when your order is ready to ship. If your order is ready before 16:00 it will be shipped the same day.

If you want to collect your order in person: We will tell you as soon as your order is ready for collection (the email will tell you that your order is ready for despatch!).

Keeping you informed

You will receive an email notification once we submit your order to GLS for despatch. Within the Netherlands, GLS takes care of our deliveries, envelopes and parcels alike. All deliveries must be signed for.

If you are not at home when the courier arrives, GLS will first of all try to deliver the package to the neighbours nearest to you. If they are not at home either, GLS will return the following day to try and deliver your parcel. If GLS has failed to deliver your package three times in a row, you can collect it from the post office, following the instructions on the notice that will have been left by GLS.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands

For deliveries outside the Netherlands we will also use GLS as transporter. The package will be delivered in 4 days after sending the package. The cost will be displayed in the order view.
