How do I place an order?

Overview of order(s)

Place an order and it will land automatically in your shopping basket. The top right hand corner of each page shows the number of products in your basket and the total amount of your order(s). Click on the shopping basket icon to see which products you have ordered so far. It is very easy to amend your shopping list. You can now continue to shop or click on the shopping basket in the top right hand corner of the screen to complete your order.

Your personal details

Once you have ordered your item(s) you are asked to enter your data and your delivery address. If you have ordered from Eight Arms before you already have an account and your data will be known to us. If not, you can create an account by entering your data. You only have to do this once. However, you can also place an order without having to create an account.

Simply tick a box to match the delivery details to the information you have provided previously. If you would like us to deliver your order to another address, if it is a gift for example, you have the opportunity to enter these details. Once you have agreed with our general conditions by ticking the box, click on “Place order”.

You will then receive an overview of your contact and delivery details. At this stage you can make changes to your order if required. Then click on “Pay for my order” to select a payment and shipping method. As soon as you click on “Send Order” we at Eight Arms will reserve your order. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Email confirmation

Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you have given us. Please make sure that you check the details of your order carefully.

Delivery time

If you have placed your order on a working day before 16:00 our aim is to ship your order on the following working day. We deliver within a maximum of 5 working days. As soon as we know that we can ship your order sooner, we will adjust our shipping date and send you a confirmation.

Colours

Computer screens come in a great variety. Therefore, the true colour of the products may be slightly different from the colour displayed on your own screen.

Safe

Shopping with Eight Arms is completely safe. Our entire site is SSL secure so, as a consumer, you are guaranteed maximum safety.
